Cloud Managed SD-WAN and Multi-Cloud Networking

The Nokia Cloud Managed SDWAN Multi-cloud offers a connection into public cloud providers with AWS, Azure and Google Cloud. The connection offers the opportunity to connect from branch locations directly into the virtual networks that exist on these providers using their private IPs. In this demo, we explore how this is achieved by treating the VMs/Databases hosted in the cloud as another overlay host to connect with and the added benefit of interconnection between clouds.

Sam Arora Solutions Architect, Nokia

I’m a senior solutions architect for the Nokia Cloud Managed SDWAN solution. I work closely with new potential customers and onboarded customers to help address their use-cases and networking design. I will also host proof of concepts/demos of the platform to help answer questions on what Nokia Cloud Managed SDWAN can do for them. I work with alongside different account teams and sales engineers throughout the process and assist them with pricing, customer engagement and support.

Born in the UK, I moved to Ireland for nearly 8 years before coming to Canada in 2003. I graduated from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada with a Bachelor’s of IT, specializing in Network Technology. I’ve worked at Nokia for several years in support for the 5620 SAM/NSP product and then onto Nuage support.
